Q: What do I need to bring?
A: You will need a "sticky mat", a specialized mat which keeps bare feet from slipping and assists in balance and grounding of self; these are sold at Yoga Tree.

Q: What is provided?
A: Any props that you will need such as blocks and straps to assist your body with movements will be provided. First time students may borrow a yoga mat.

Q: How long are classes?
A: Class length is 1 hour and 30 miniutes.

Q: Why are classes taught in six week segments?
A: The six week segments allow studens the opportunity to build weekly on flexibility, strength and balance in their physical, mental and spiritual self. Drop in also available.

Q: What are classes like at Yoga Tree?
A: The variety of classes offered at Yoga Tree include a very slow and gentle aproach, to this ancient healing system, as well as more intense forms of physical challenge depending on the stuent's needs.

Q: Why should I do before class?
A: Arrive early to set up your mat. Sit or lie on the mat and begin to center yourself by relaxing into your breath, in a peaceful quite environment.
